About
A shop, not a sales floor
Infinity Smoke Shop is locally owned and sits on W New Haven Ave in West Melbourne. We carry glass, vape devices, cigars and tobacco, accessories, apparel and incense — and we buy from distributors we can actually verify, because a counterfeit device is a problem you find out about at home.
The way we'd like it to work is simple. You come in, you look at the thing, you ask whatever you want to ask, and somebody answers you honestly. If we don't have what you're after, we'll say so. If what you're describing isn't a thing we sell, we'll say that too.
We keep the place clean and organised, we price competitively, and we don't run gimmicks. That's most of it.
How we run the place
Three things we hold to
Verified stock
Reputable distributors only. We stand behind the authenticity of the brands on the shelf.
Locally owned
One shop, run by people who live here. Nobody is reading you a script from a corporate binder.
No pressure
We'd rather you buy the right thing once than the expensive thing twice.

The Infinity house line
Most of the shelf is other people's brands. A small part of it is ours: the Infinity house line, including a hookah with the Infinity mark on the base. It is kept at the counter and sold in store only, to adults 21 and older with ID.

Stocking a shop?
Infinity Distro supplies shops with vape, kratom, drinks and smoke-shop accessories. It works with businesses, not the public. The shop itself still sells one customer at a time, in store.
