We do it this way because all sales are final. There are no refunds on opened or used products, so a dud gets caught here, before you leave. If an item turns out to be defective later, an approved return may get you an exchange or store credit, and the full policy is on the FAQ page.

We're locally owned (about us) and buy our vapes directly from distributors. We stand behind the authenticity of the brands we carry, and if we can't verify a product, it doesn't go on the shelf.

You get the device the box says you're getting. A knockoff is something you'd otherwise find out about at home, after the sale is already final.

Tell us what you use now, or bring your device in, and we'll put the formats side by side for you.

Mostly it's about how much you want to handle. A disposable has nothing to fill or swap. With a pod device you keep the device and replace the pod.

If we don't carry what you're after, we'll say so plainly and tell you where we'd look.

Every vape purchase needs a valid, government-issued photo ID showing you're 21 or older, and we ask every time, regardless of age, even if you were in yesterday.

We accept a US driver's license, a state ID card, a military ID or a passport. It has to be current. We can't take an expired ID, and we can't take a photo of one on your phone.

We check ID and test every device in person, so every vape leaves with the person who bought it.

Vape is one wall. The rest of the shop is glass, cigars and tobacco, and accessories like lighters, torches and trays. Glass is sold for use with legal tobacco and herbal products only.
